Records Requests: 黑料网吃瓜爆料Alumni and former 黑料网吃瓜爆料Students
You can access a certified copy of your immunization records from Student Self Service for yourself or to use with other universities. Follow these steps: 1. Log into Student Self Service 2. Select 鈥淪tudent Records鈥� 3. Choose 鈥淰iew Immunization Record鈥� 4. Print your immunizations Students who have not been registered in credit hours for 3 or more consecutive semesters will not have access to Student Self Service.
