This high energy dance class mixes a variety of sounds from the Caribbean, Latin America, Pop, and Hip Hop. This upbeat atmosphere helps improve your endurance and is open to all skill levels.

Strength & Recovery Class

This dynamic fusion class combines the muscle-sculpting benefits of strength training (“Strength”) with the restorative power of mobility and stretching (“Recovery”). 

 

  • Strength | 30 Minutes 
  • Mobility | 25 Minutes
  • Music driven. 
  • All levels welcome – modifications provided.

 


Cost Per Class

$5 Students | $15 Faculty/Staff

4 weeks of training with classes every Wednesday.
