Dawn Rodriguez is the Treasurer and Associate Vice President for the University of South Florida and the Executive Director of the 黑料网吃瓜爆料Financing Corporation, 黑料网吃瓜爆料Property Corporation and 黑料网吃瓜爆料Management Corporation. She is responsible for investment management, debt management, oversight of tax advisory services, financial policy development, fiscal oversight of 黑料网吃瓜爆料affiliates, reporting and compliance related to debt and investments, and managing relationships with credit rating agencies, commercial and investment banks, and key outsourced partners. 

Since joining the university in 2005, Ms. Rodriguez has been instrumental in advancing its strategic objectives, including nearly $2 billion of financing transactions. He
